UnInbox: Spaces & Workflows

Create shared inboxes, add infinite addresses, and per email workflow statuses. UnInbox helps your team track emails through their lifecycle, keeping your team in sync, and your users happy.Hey Everyone! After launching in April, and working with so many of you to understand your email pains - we went back to the drawing boards to see what the ultimate business email tool would look like. With multiple iterations, a complete re-write and some snazzy code; we're super pumped to release Spaces & Workflows.

Spaces let your organize your email conversations, and act as a "location" for messages. You can have infinite Spaces and they can be shared with different people in your org, or be open to everyone. A conversation can be in one or many different spaces at the same time - support & billing, sales & legal, suppliers & finance. And Workflows can be enabled on Spaces to add statuses to each conversation: New Query > In Review > Answered > Follow up > Closed

This lets your use UnInbox to manage your customer support emails, track sales flows, organize suppliers, or anything else that helps push the needle for your team.

And since we've been collaborative since day 1, you can still comment on any conversation to leave notes for others in your team!

And its all open source!

The spaces and workflows addition is extremely welcome and will unlock a lot of use cases for us at Papermark.
