Resolve completed issues and always see what’s critical – no more inbox guessing games!A year ago, I was a developer at a small French startup with about a million users. Our Customer Success team was drowning in emails, struggling to focus on the really important stuff. I wanted to help Paulo, our Customer Success Manager, work smarter, not harder. But I couldn’t find an affordable tool that could analyze emails the way we needed.

That’s how Reviewik came to life. I started with some custom neural networks, but quickly realized that ChatGPT could handle the job way better. Now, Reviewik is an affordable, secure, and super helpful assistant for Paulo — and hopefully for other mid-sized businesses too.

I’ve put a lot into this project, but I know there’s always room for improvement. I’d love to hear your thoughts on what else you’d like to see in Reviewik. Don’t hesitate to reach out to me via itis.klimov@gmail.com.

I understand that you are in your early stages and juggling with a thousand different tasks, but you might want to prioritize a few things on your landing page:

  • Add info about pricing. Even if it's free, make that very clear.
  • Your Help, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service page just links to homepage. You might to add pages for that. You at least need Privacy Policy and Terms of Service page. You can create one based on templates found online.
