Ans: Our basic approach is a committee of 4 well-known LLMs for that. Shortly, if they don't achieve consensus, team receives notification and resolve it manually, saturationg fine-tune data at the same time

Q: Also, how does the platform ensure the quality and relevance of the preliminary video interviews? Ans: Actually, we do! We transcribe videos and match relevance of transcribed voice with Q using previously mentioned committee! If we can't extract voice or can't match meanings, we put it on manual rails

Q: Does it integrate with existing HR systems or job boards to find and track openings? Is it connected to job data banks or is it meant for e.g. large companies to put all their open positions in the app for candidates to apply?Really interesting! Curious: How do you deal with natural tech biases? This is obviously a much older problem than AI, but it's also come into this space. Things like racial or gender bias. However, we recognize that there are additional sensitive factors that need to be considered in certain queries. It’s an important conversation, and we aim to improve in this area!
