Would love to get to know what was the back story behind Syncly, What motivated you to work on it in the first place?We must know where we went wrong, this is very important. Congrats on the launch! What does AI's automatic classification mainly rely on? Is it based on the keywords mentioned in user feedback for classification? For example, if a user says it's a bit troublesome to use, how do we pinpoint which specific feature they are referring to?@oldmann These are great questions! Thank you so much for the questions. I'd assume you have a very good understanding on how AI works. I think many of you must also be also curious about this as well. AI's automatic classification is based on user intentions. User can edit prompt(which is already generated by our AI), use keyword and tags in the data, to train our model to understand what user intends to capture with a specific issues/topic. More data, better accuracy, and ultimately can pinpoint to specific feature based on training with all the existing feedback. Syncly AI does curate a list of trending themes based on your data from the get-go. Nevertheless, if user wishes to setup a taxonomy, it can also be implemented quickly with minimal training.
