Interestingly, it uncovers new insights because users are more honest with the interview. When you do a call with a user, they will often say nice things to avoid hurting the interviewers feelings. This will be very helpful for PMs, the back & forth human feel adds a different element to it than most.Oh no this is the end of Product Managers...doing boring and dirty work! Heck yeah! Honestly, I'm more excited taking what AI gave me and turn these ideas/insights into strategies, modify PRDs and tickets so I have something to go off of. That's cool.

Our analysis is built with a chain-of-thought process, with one crucial step being to revisit the body of feedback to ensure the output aligns with the original feedback. This helps us eliminate hallucinations in ways most other solutions can’t.
Users provide feedback to our system by editing the AI output, removing mentions, and more. We’re using this input to train the model to behave increasingly in line with each user’s preferences.
