But in this case, GitHub will be able to track developer interest just like Facebook used to track evolving user preferences through its Facebook Connect platform.

Is this a threat to Hugging Face?As a developer myself, it's great to see competition for model hosting services. I still love Huggingface and benefit from its ZeroGPU initiative - just like any GPU poor people.
