AnswerGrid is an AI-powered prospecting research tool. We help B2B builders discover the 30 most relevant leads worth the investment of manual outbound every day.đź‘‹ Hey, Product Hunt! Bolu and Noah here.

We’re excited to introduce AnswerGrid, an AI-powered prospecting research tool. We want to help you discover the 30 [*] most relevant leads worth the investment of manual outbound every day by deploying AI agents to qualify prospects based on your precise criteria.

You can try it here: https://app.answergrid.ai

Our take on thoughtful outbound:

• Tailored Lead Qualification: Go beyond simple industry filters and keywords. AnswerGrid provides tools to evaluate companies against any set of qualifying questions. For example, one of our users asks questions like “Do they offer subscription or usage-based pricing?” to qualify their leads.

• Scale without spam: AnswerGrid helps you deploy your qualification playbook to discover the needles in the haystack that are worth the investment of manual outbound instead of scaling AI “personalization” for irrelevant leads.

How it works:

  1. Starting with sources like Crunchbase, Apollo, and LinkedIn as a data foundation, we find leads that match a simple high-level company profile: “Series A Biotech startups in the US.”
  1. You can then further qualify these leads using a suite of AI-powered tools such as (1) “web scrape” to answer questions from the prospects’ landing pages (or any other URL) and (2) “web search” to get answers from the open web about each prospect along with citations.
  1. Downstream of this qualification, you can get the contact details of your ideal user using their job title.

The goal is for these tools to mirror the same level of thoroughness you would use in manually researching a lead. But this time, you can do it for thousands of prospects at a go.

If you have a super-precise ICP that you can't reach reliably, you can start a free trial here (no credit card required) to see if we can help out: https://app.answergrid.ai

Thanks!

Footnote

[*] Why 30 leads daily? We’re not dogmatic about it, but we’ve found this is about the number of daily personalised messages you can write before starting to sound like an LLM, which takes us back to where we started. There are other practical bottlenecks, such as LinkedIn connection limits.@bolu_1379 congrats on launch! Do you have any thoughts on other tools in the market and what makes you stand out? Would love it if you had some pre-built formulas for building lists as my creativity in how I can search for the right clients is limited. More thoughts here: Hey @frank_denbow Thanks for the support and feedback!

We do have something similar to that! When you add a new column, you can expand the action card to see "Prompt Templates" which are saved prompts we've worked on that you could repurpose. We're also working on making not just saved column configs but also saved template Grids for more of the research analyst usecase where you have a fixed set of questions to evaluate different groups against.Thank you, @devindsgbyq!

Regarding updates to ICP hypotheses, we have features like duplicating grids, which let users experiment with evolving their ICPs without the hassle of starting from scratch or losing old progress.Anybody in outbound marketing knows how hard it is to find high-quality leads with lots of manual processes, checkups, and reviews. This def would help with saving time and finding the right leads. I'll take a look. Congrats on the launch @bolu_1379 🤠Thanks, @ali_eskandari!Great job, nice and easy to use. I watched the video and can see how much effort goes into researching and writing the right prompt. One thing you could add is a prompt library unless I didn't see it.Thanks, @userinsite!

Yes, there is a prompt library with some past examples. When you add a new column, you can expand the card to see the "Prompt Templates."@bolu_1379, I like it! Gives me Clay vibes. Good idea to have familiar spreadsheets for the search. Good luck with the launch! :)
